The machines here in our personal gymnasium are suitable for everyone. We have a range of cardiovascular machines including treadmill, cross-trainer and exercise bike which are designed to enhance all around fitness, as well as machines to strengthen and tone muscles in your arms, chest, shoulders, back and legs. We also have exercise mats, stability balls and abdominal cradles to tone stomach muscles.

South Solway Moss Nature Reserve

The South Solway Moss Nature Reserve is home to Bowness Common, Glasson Moss, Wedholme Flow and Drumburgh Moss, which are four of the best remaining peat bogs in Europe. The mosses are managed carefully to make sure the water table is kept at a high level to encourage the growth of peat-forming sphagnum mosses.
